PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

   
   

   1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the crankshaft position sensor.

      Note

      
      

      • When reusing the crankshaft position sensor, inspect the O-ring.

      • If the O-ring has scratches or cuts, replace the crankshaft position sensor.

   2. Install the crankshaft position sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the crankshaft position sensor connector.

2. CONNECT COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Connect the cooler compressor assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:

      24.5 N*m  { 250 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

   2. Attach the clamp.

   3. Connect the connector.

   4. Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
