SIDE MUDGUARD INSTALLATION

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE MUDGUARD BRACKET LH


    1. Install the No. 1 side mudguard bracket LH with the screw.

  2. INSTALL SLIDE DOOR MUDGUARD LH

      Install 2 new clips as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01IGDRC01
      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Install 4 new clips as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01IKMBC02
      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard

      Attach the clip to install the slide door mudguard LH.

    4. A01IFT6C02
      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard
      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw as shown in the illustration.

    5. A01IH96C01
      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard

      Install the screw.

    6. Remove the protective tape.

  3. INSTALL QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD LH


    1. A01IF16C01
      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Install 2 new clips as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01IHZ7C02
      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard
      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Attach the clip to install the quarter panel mudguard LH.

    3. A01IHZ3C01
      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard

      Install the 4 screws and 2 grommets.

    4. Remove the protective tape.

  4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR MUDGUARD LH


    1. Install 5 new clips as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the bolt.

      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard

      Attach the clip to install the front door mudguard LH.

    4. A01IIROC01
      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard
      *1 Hole Plug

      Install the nut and hole plug.

      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard
      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw as shown in the illustration.

    6. Remove the protective tape.

  5. INSTALL FENDER PANEL MUDGUARD LH


    1. A01IL9PC01
      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Install a new clip as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01IF77C02
      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard

      Attach the clip to install the fender panel mudguard LH.

    3. A01IIRPC01
      *A for Standard
      *B except Standard

      Install the 2 screw and clip.

    4. Remove the protective tape.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SIDE PANEL NO. 1 PROTECTOR LH (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles)


    1. Attach the guide and install the front side panel No. 1 protector LH together with the front side panel No. 2 protector LH.

    2. Install the 4 No. 2 side mudguard retainers and 8 screws.
