RADIATOR GRILLE(for VELLFIRE) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 7 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Attach the claw and guide to install the No. 7 radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL NO. 6 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Attach the claw and guide to install the No. 6 radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 5 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

      Attach the claw and guide to install the No. 5 radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the screw.

  4. INSTALL NO. 4 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

    Use the same procedure described for the No. 5 radiator grille moulding.

  5. INSTALL NO. 3 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

    2. Install the screw.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the No. 3 radiator grille moulding.

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

    1. Attach the claw and guide to install the No. 1 radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 4 screws.

  9. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SEAL

      Attach the clip to install upper radiator seal as shown in the illustration.

  10. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET LH

      Attach the claw and install the radiator grille bracket LH as shown in the illustration.

  11. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side

  12. INSTALL NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM WIRE


    1. Attach the clamp to install the No. 3 engine room wire.
