RADIATOR GRILLE(for VELLFIRE) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 9 clips and radiator cover sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. B006OBH

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Put protective tape around the radiator grille.

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      B006N8A Remove in this Direction

      Using moulding remover D, detach the claw as shown in the illustration.

      Detach the claw and remove the radiator grille as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      While pressing the front bumper cover, detach the claw.
