REAR BUMPER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION LH

      *a Clip A
      *b Clip B

      Install clip B together with the rear wheel opening extension LH.

    2. Install the 2 clips labeled A.

  2. INSTALL REAR WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Attach the claw to install the rear bumper side support LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. Attach the clip as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER NO. 1 SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Attach the claw to install the rear bumper No. 1 side support LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. Attach the clip as shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER NO. 1 SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL REAR FOG LIGHT SET (w/ Rear Fog Light)

  8. INSTALL REAR BUMPER UPPER COVER LH


    1. w/ Rear Fog Light:


      1. Connect the connector.

        Tech Tips

        Rear fog light set is LH side only.

      Attach the claw to install the rear bumper upper cover LH as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the 2 screws.

    4. Remove the protective tape.

  9. INSTALL REAR BUMPER UPPER COVER RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER RH (w/ Energy Absorber)

      Install the rear bumper energy absorber RH with the clip.

  14. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR LH (w/ Energy Absorber)

      Install the rear bumper protector LH with the 3 clips.

  15. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR RH (w/ Energy Absorber)

      Install the rear bumper protector RH with the 3 clips.

  16. INSTALL REAR BUMPER COVER


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the claw, guide to install the rear bumper cover as shown in the illustration.

      Attach the claw as shown in illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the claw on the other side.

      Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, install the 2 rear bumper cushions.

    5. Remove the protective tape.

      Attach the claw.

      Use the same procedure to install the claw on the other side.
