FRONT BUMPER(for ALPHARD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 2 screws.

   2. Detach the claw.

   3. 

      Detach the guide and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR

3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. for Bulb Type:

      Click here

   2. for LED Type:

      Click here

4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

   
   

   1. for Bulb Type:

      Click here

   2. for LED Type:

      Click here

5. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE

   
   

   1. Detach the clamp and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

      

6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH

   
   

   1. 

      Remove in this Direction

      Remove the 2 screws.

   2. Detach the guide and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH as shown in the illustration.

7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. 

      Remove in this Direction

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the front bumper hole cover assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

    
    

    1. 

       Remove in this Direction

       Detach the claw as shown in the illustration.

    2. 

       Disconnect the fall prevention hook and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

12. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

    
    

    1. Using a screwdriver, remove the 4 clips.

       

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.
