RADIATOR GRILLE(for ALPHARD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM WIRE


    1. w/ Panoramic View Monitor System:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the No. 3 engine room wire.

  2. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System)

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET LH

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the radiator grille bracket LH as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

      for Type A:


      1. Remove the 4 screws.

      2. Detach the claw and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket as shown in the illustration.

      for Type B:


      1. Remove the 4 screws.

      2. Detach the claw and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SEAL


    1. Detach the clip and remove the upper radiator seal as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE INNER RADIATOR GRILLE (for Lower Side)


    1. Remove the 11 screws.

    2. Detach the claw and guide, and remove the inner radiator grille.

  8. REMOVE INNER RADIATOR GRILLE (for Upper Side)


    1. Remove the 16 screws.

    2. Detach the claw and guide, and remove the inner radiator grille.

  9. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM

      Detach the claw and guide, and remove the radiator grille emblem as shown in the illustration.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

      Detach the claw and guide, and remove the No. 1 radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Remove the screw.

      Detach the guide and remove the No. 2 radiator grille moulding.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the other side.

  12. REMOVE NO. 3 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Detach the guide and remove the No. 3 radiator grille moulding.

  13. REMOVE NO. 4 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the No. 4 radiator grille moulding.

  14. REMOVE NO. 5 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Detach the guide and remove the No. 5 radiator grille moulding.

  15. REMOVE NO. 6 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

      Detach the claw and guide, and remove the No. 6 radiator grille moulding as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the other side.

  16. REMOVE NO. 7 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

  17. REMOVE NO. 8 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

  18. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET
