REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. DISCONNECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for ALPHARD)

      Remove the 2 screws.

      B006N8A Slide in this Direction
      B006PCE Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the rear combination light assembly LH.

    3. Place your hand at the location shown in the illustration and pull the rear combination light assembly LH toward the rear of the vehicle to detach the pin and guide to disconnect it.

      Note

      Pull the rear combination light assembly LH straight towards the rear of the vehicle to prevent the guide from becoming damaged.

  2. DISCONNECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for VELLFIRE)

      Remove the 2 screws.

      B006N8A Slide in this Direction
      B006PCE Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the rear combination light assembly LH.

    3. Place your hand at the location shown in the illustration and pull the rear combination light assembly LH toward the rear of the vehicle to detach the pin and guide to disconnect it.

      Note

      Pull the rear combination light assembly LH straight towards the rear of the vehicle to prevent the guide from becoming damaged.

  3. REMOVE REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB (for ALPHARD)

      *b Unlock Position Mark
      B006N8A Counterclockwise

      Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise until the matchmark is aligned with the unlock position mark to disconnect the bulb socket.

      B006N8A Remove in this Direction

      Remove the rear turn signal light bulb from the bulb socket.

  4. REMOVE REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB (for VELLFIRE)

      *b Unlock Position Mark
      B006N8A Counterclockwise

      Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise until the matchmark is aligned with the unlock position mark to disconnect the bulb socket.

      B006N8A Remove in this Direction

      Remove the rear turn signal light bulb from the bulb socket.

  5. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB (for ALPHARD)


    1. Install the rear turn signal light bulb to the bulb socket.

      *a Matchmark
      *b Unlock Position Mark
      *c Lock Position Mark
      B006N8A Clockwise

      Align the matchmark of the bulb socket to the unlock position mark, and then rotate the bulb socket clockwise until the lock position mark to connect the bulb socket.

  6. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB (for VELLFIRE)


    1. Install the rear turn signal light bulb to the bulb socket.

      *b Unlock Position Mark
      *c Lock Position Mark
      B006N8A Clockwise

      Align the matchmark of the bulb socket to the unlock position mark, and then rotate the bulb socket clockwise until the lock position mark to connect the bulb socket.

  7. CONNECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for ALPHARD)

      B006PCE Protective Tape

      Slide the rear combination light assembly LH towards the vehicle front to attach the pin and guide.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  8. CONNECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for VELLFIRE)

      B006PCE Protective Tape

      Slide the rear combination light assembly LH towards the vehicle front to attach the pin and guide.

    2. Install the 2 screws.
