HORN INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY


    1. for ALPHARD:


      1. B006PXSC01
        *a Location A
        *b Location B
        B006QOD Bolt
        B006LKF Connector

        Align the stay of the high pitched horn assembly with location A on the body side.

        Note

        Make sure that the high pitched horn assembly does not overlap the location B.

      2. Install the high pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        19.1 N*m  { 195 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

      3. Connect the connector.

    2. for VELLFIRE:


      1. B006KP4C01
        *a Location A
        *b Location B
        B006QOD Bolt
        B006LKF Connector

        Align the stay of the high pitched horn assembly with location A on the body side.

        Note

        Make sure that the high pitched horn assembly does not overlap the location B.

      2. Install the high pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        19.1 N*m  { 195 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

      3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY


    1. for ALPHARD:


      1. B006QUUC01
        *a Location
        *b Radiator Support Bracket Side
        B006QOD Bolt
        B006LKF Connector

        Align the stay of the low pitched horn assembly with the location on the body side.

        Note

        Make sure that the low pitched horn assembly does not stick out from the side of the radiator support bracket.

      2. Install the low pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        19.1 N*m  { 195 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

      3. Connect the connector.

    2. for VELLFIRE:


      1. B006N2AC01
        *a Location
        *b Radiator Support Bracket Side
        B006QOD Bolt
        B006LKF Connector

        Align the stay of the low pitched horn assembly with the location on the body side.

        Note

        Make sure that the low pitched horn assembly does not stick out from the side of the radiator support bracket.

      2. Install the low pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        19.1 N*m  { 195 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

      3. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
