  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH (w/ Power Back Door)

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH (w/o Power Back Door)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH (w/ Power Back Door)

  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR INSIDE HANDLE

  7. REMOVE SWITCH BEZEL (w/ Power Back Door)

  8. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Power Back Door)

  11. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    Note

    If the rear light assembly LH has been removed, replace the rear light gasket with a new one.

      B006LKF Connector
      B006O7D Cap Nut

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and cap nut.

      B006PCE Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the rear light assembly LH.

    4. Place your hand at the location shown in the illustration and pull the rear light assembly LH toward the rear of the vehicle to detach the clip and remove it.
