LIGHTING SYSTEM DTC CHECK / CLEAR


  1. CHECK FOR DTC

    Tech Tips


    • Automatic headlight beam level control system DTCs are also output.

    • If DTC B2415, B2416, B2417, B2418, B241A, B2450 and B2452 are output, troubleshoot the automatic headlight beam level control system.

    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main body / Trouble Codes.


      Body Electrical > Main Body > Trouble Codes

    5. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL Auto Leveling / Trouble Codes.


      Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Trouble Codes

    6. Check for DTCs.

  2. CLEAR DTC


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Clear DTCs.


      Body Electrical > Main Body > Clear DTCs

    5. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL Auto Leveling / Clear DTCs.


      Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Clear DTCs

    6. Clear the DTCs.
