WASHER MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      B006QOD Turn in this Direction

      Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the 2 pin hold clips.

    2. B006KHF

      Remove the 8 screws.

    3. B006LUH

      Remove the 5 clips A.

    4. B006OFP

      Remove the 5 clips B and front fender splash shield sub-assembly RH.

  2. DRAIN WASHER FLUID

    Note

    Prepare a container before performing the procedure.

      Disconnect the rear washer hose and drain the windshield washer fluid.

  3. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      B006LKF Washer Hose
      B006N8A Remove in this Direction

      Disconnect the connector and washer hose.

    2. Pull as shown in the illustration to remove the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

  4. REMOVE WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      B006N8A Remove in this Direction

      Remove the clip and washer inlet sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

  6. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD


      1. Detach the clamp.

      2. Remove the 3 bolts.

      3. Detach the guide and remove the windshield washer jar sub-assembly.

    2. for RHD


      1. Detach the clamp.

      2. Remove the 3 bolts.

      3. Detach the guide and remove the windshield washer jar sub-assembly.
