PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR STAY PLATE

      B006PCE Protective Tape

      Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, remove the stop ring as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Release the ball joint and remove the back door stay plate.

  2. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR ROD

      Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, remove the stop ring as shown in the illustration.

      Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Release the ball joint and remove the power back door rod.
