PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE COVER LH

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Door Outside Handle Cover LH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Free (OFF) 10 kΩ or higher
      1 - 2 Pushed (ON) Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear door outside handle cover LH.

  2. INSPECT REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE COVER RH

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Door Outside Handle Cover RH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Free (OFF) 10 kΩ or higher
      1 - 2 Pushed (ON) Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear door outside handle cover RH.
