SLIDE DOOR CLOSER SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK


  1. CHECK BASIC OPERATION


    1. Check that the slide door closer motor operates to close the slide door to the fully latched position when the door is half latched.

    2. After performing the check above, check that the slide door opens normally.

    3. Move the slide door to the half latch position, and then check that the closer motor stops operating after it operates in reverse if the outside handle or inside handle is pulled while the motor is operating normally.

    4. Move the slide door to the half latch position, and then check that the closer motor stops operating if the outside handle or inside handle is pulled while the motor is operating in reverse.

    5. Check that the closer motor does not operate if the outside handle or inside handle is pulled immediately after moving the slide door to the half latch position (motor is not operating).

    6. Move the slide door to the half latch position, and then check that the motor stops forward operation within 3 seconds of starting forward operation.

    7. Move the slide door to the half latch position, and then check that the motor stops reverse operation within 3 seconds of starting reverse operation.
