TILT ROOF HOUSING REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SUNSHADE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IKL9C01
      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Slide and install the sunshade trim sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01IKBE

      Install the tilt roof housing panel with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL TILT ROOF LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01IHPL

      Install the tilt roof link sub-assembly RH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      7.4 N*m  { 75 kgf*cm, 65 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL TILT ROOF LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the RH side.
