ION GENERATOR(for Rear Side) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ION GENERATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *a Ground Wire

      w/ Sliding Roof:


      1. Disconnect the No. 2 ion generator sub-assembly connector from the No. 2 ion generator sub-assembly.

      2. Remove the rear air duct sub-assembly from the No. 2 roof headlining retainer bracket.

      3. Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 ion generator sub-assembly with rear air duct sub-assembly.

      *a Ground Wire

      w/o Sliding Roof:


      1. Disconnect the No. 2 ion generator sub-assembly connector from the No. 2 ion generator sub-assembly.

      2. Remove the rear air duct sub-assembly from the No. 2 roof headlining retainer bracket.

      3. Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 ion generator sub-assembly with rear air duct sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      w/ Sliding Roof:

      Detach the claw and remove the rear air duct sub-assembly.

      w/o Sliding Roof:

      Detach the claw and remove the rear air duct sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF HEADLINING RETAINER BRACKET


    1. B006QKX

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the No. 2 roof headlining retainer bracket.
