AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(for RHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 2 BOX BOTTOM MAT (for Integrated Console Box Type)

   Click here

2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (for Integrated Console Box Type)

   Click here

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH (for Integrated Console Box Type)

   Click here

4. REMOVE CENTER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (for Separate Console Box Type)

   Click here

5. REMOVE CENTER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (for Separate Console Box Type)

   Click here

6. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

   Click here

7. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)

   Click here

8. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

   Click here

9. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

   Click here

10. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

    Click here

11. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. 

       	Place hand here
       	Remove in this Direction

       Pull the air conditioning control assembly to detach the claw in the direction indicated by the arrow.

    2. 

       Disconnect the connector.

    3. Detach the clamp and remove the air conditioning control assembly.
