The procedure listed below is for the RH side. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides, unless otherwise specified.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

      B006N8A Remove in this Direction

      Make sure the handle is pulled up, and then using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH.

  2. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP RH

      Using moulding remover, detach the claw and remove the seat adjuster cover cap RH.

  3. REMOVE SEAT TRACK HANDLE CONTROL LEVER RH


    1. A01UCLW

      Remove the 3 screws and seat track handle control lever RH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION RH

    1. Remove the screw and rear seat cushion RH as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 SUB SEAT LINK ARM

      *1 Protective Tape

      Hold the lever up in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration, and then using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, remove the snap ring.

      Return the lever to its original position, and then slide it in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to remove the No. 1 sub seat link arm.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Remove the screw.

      Move the front side of the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH as shown in the illustration and detach the claw.

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, push the claw from the rear backside of the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH to detach it.

      Move the center of the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH as shown in the illustration and detach the claw.

      Using a clip remover, detach the clip at the center of the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH.

      Move the rear side of the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH as shown in the illustration and detach the guide.

      Slide the part in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to detach the clip while allowing it to remain on the vehicle side.

      Slide the part in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to detach the clip while allowing it to remain on the vehicle side.

      Depress the lever and remove the No. 1 rear seat reclining cover RH.

    10. Remove the remaining clip.

  7. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Slide the reclining adjuster inside cover RH in the direction of the arrow (A) shown in the illustration to detach the clip while allowing it to remain on the vehicle side.

    2. Slide the reclining adjuster inside cover RH in the direction of the arrow (B) shown in the illustration to detach the clip while allowing it to remain on the vehicle side, and then remove the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

    3. Remove the remaining clip.

  8. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and guide and remove the seat adjuster cover cap LH.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat side table assembly.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

      Detach the claw at the front of the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, detach the claw from the rear backside of the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

      Move the center of the rear seat cushion moulding LH as shown in the illustration and detach the claw.

      Detach the clip at the rear of the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

      Move the rear side of the rear seat cushion moulding LH as shown in the illustration and detach the guide.

      Move the center of the rear seat cushion moulding LH as shown in the illustration and detach the guide.

      Slide the rear seat cushion moulding LH in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to remove it, leaving the clip to remain on the other side.

    8. Remove the remaining clip.

  11. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Slide the reclining adjuster inside cover LH in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to remove it, leaving the clip to remain.

    2. Remove the remaining clip.

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the seat belt anchor.

  18. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

    2. Pull out the fasteners.

      Pull out the rear end of the seatback cover with pad in removal direction (1) shown in the illustration.

    7. Lift up in removal direction (2) shown in the illustration to remove the seatback cover with pad.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT PROTECTOR RH

      Detach the clip.

    2. Detach the guide and folding part and remove the No. 1 rear seat protector RH.

  20. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      *1 Fastening Tape

      Remove the 8 hog rings and fastening tape.

      Remove the seat cover wire.

      Remove the 2 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  21. REMOVE SEAT COVER WIRE

      1. Remove the screw and rear seat leg cover RH.

      1. Remove the 2 screws.

      2. Detach the claw and guide and remove the rear seat leg cover RH.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP LH (for Super Long Slide Seat)

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the rear seat cover cap LH.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Super Long Slide Seat)

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Move the rear seat lock control lever in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to detach the guide

      Detach the casing cap.

    4. Disconnect the cable end by turning it in the direction of the arrow in the illustration and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

  27. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT LEGREST COVER

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Move the part in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to detach the guide and remove the No. 1 rear seat leg rest cover.

  28. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEGREST COVER

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Move the No. 2 rear seat leg rest cover in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to detach the guide and remove the No. 2 rear seat leg rest cover.

  29. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEGREST BOARD

      Using moulding remover, push in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to detach the claw.

    2. Slide the rear seat footrest board in the removal direction to detach the guide and remove the rear seat footrest board.

  32. REMOVE SEAT COVER WIRE

      Remove the seat cover wire.

  33. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEGREST COVER

      Detach the clip and claw and remove the rear seat leg rest cover.

  34. REMOVE REAR SEAT FOOTREST ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

    2. Disconnect the cable end by turning it in the direction of the arrow in the illustration.

    1. Detach the 2 casing cap.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable ends by turning them in the direction of the arrows in the illustration and remove the seat track control cable assembly.

    1. Detach the 2 casing cap.

    2. Disconnect the 2 cable ends by turning them in the direction of the arrows in the illustration and remove the reclining adjusting cable assembly.

    1. Detach the 2 casing cap.

      Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 TORX bolts, 2 bolts and No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.
