CLIMATE CONTROL SEAT SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK


  1. CHECK AIR DUCT (for Driver Seat, Front Passenger Seat)


    1. Check that there are no cracks or damage on the air ducts of the seat climate control blower and seatback climate control blower, and that the air ducts are installed correctly.

  2. CHECK CLIMATE CONTROL SEAT SYSTEM (for Driver Seat, Front Passenger Seat)

    Tech Tips

    When the volume control of the refreshing seat switch is rotated clockwise, the indicator light (yellow) illuminates and the seat heater operates. When the switch is rotated counterclockwise, the indicator light (green) illuminates and the seat climate control blower operates.

    1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    2. When the refreshing seat switch (for LH) is pushed ON and the volume is set to the seat ventilation side, check that the seat ventilation indicator light (green) (for LH) illuminates, and that the seat climate control blower operates.

    3. When the refreshing seat switch (for RH) is pushed ON and the volume is set to the seat ventilation side, check that the seat ventilation indicator light (green) (for RH) illuminates, and that the seat climate control blower operates.

    4. Check that the airflow volume of the seat climate control blower changes in response to the volume control of the refreshing seat switch.

  3. CHECK CLIMATE CONTROL SEAT SYSTEM (for Rear Seat (w/ Rear Climate Control Seat))

    1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    2. When the heated and ventilated seat main switch is turned on and the volume is set to the seat blower position, check that the seat blower indicator light illuminates and the seat climate control blower operates.

    3. Check that the climate control blower volume changes according to the volume adjustment operation of the heated and ventilated seat main switch.
