Tech Tips

Before removing the blower assembly, set the air conditioning to recirculation mode.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

      *1 Guide

      w/ PTC Heater:

      Remove the screw.

    2. w/ PTC Heater:

      Detach the clamp, guide and disconnect the blower assembly side of the No. 2 cooler wiring.

    3. Disconnect the connector from the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

    4. Remove the 2 screws.

    5. Detach the claw and remove the blower assembly.
