BLOWER UNIT(for LHD) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IHRN

      Attach the pin of the blower assembly to the groove of the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the blower with fan motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER


    1. A01IIV5

      Install the clean air filter to the cooling unit parts.

      Note

      Make sure that the "UP" mark is facing the correct direction before installing the filter.

      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Align the "UP" marks as shown in the illustration and install the cooling unit parts.

      Note

      Make sure that the "UP" mark is facing the correct direction before installing the filter.

  4. INSTALL AIR FILTER COVER PLATE


    1. A01IGVPC01
      B006N8A Install in this Direction (1)
      B006NJK Install in this Direction (2)

      Attach the claw and guide to install the air filter cover plate.
