BLOWER UNIT(for LHD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AIR FILTER COVER PLATE

      B006N8A Remove in this Direction (1)
      B006NJK Remove in this Direction (2)

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the air filter cover plate.

  2. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

      B006N8A Remove in this Direction

      Remove the cooling unit parts.

    2. A01IK69

      Remove the clean air filter from the cooling unit parts.

  3. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IJMV

      Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.
