The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed or replaced during the interior illumination light sub-assembly, No. 1 interior illumination light assembly removal/installation are shown below.

  1. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the power sub-assembly from the roof headlining assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw of the front portion of the interior illumination light sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    4. Slide and remove the front portion of the interior illumination light sub-assembly from the roof headlining assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw of the rear portion of the interior illumination light sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    6. Slide and remove the rear portion of the interior illumination light sub-assembly from the roof headlining assembly as shown in the illustration.

    7. for Normal Roof:


      1. Detach the clamp and remove the interior illumination light sub-assembly.

      1. Detach the clamp and remove the interior illumination light sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. for Normal Roof:


      1. Cut off the 2 cable ties.

      2. Detach the claw and remove the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly LH.

      1. Cut off the 2 cable ties.
