SMART ENTRY AND START SYSTEM(for Entry Function) One-motion Power Slide Function does not Operate

DESCRIPTION

When all doors are closed and all doors are locked, the one-motion power slide function by one-touch switch operation uses the driver seat and passenger seat outside detection areas.

When an electrical key transmitter sub-assembly is in an outside detection area, operating the one-touch switch will cause all doors to unlock and the power slide door to operate.

When the one-motion power slide function does not operate, it is possible that there is a malfunction in the smart entry and start system or power slide door system.

  • The smart entry and start system (for Entry Function) uses the LIN communication system and CAN communication system. Inspect the communication function by following How to Proceed with Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot the smart entry and start system (for Entry Function) after confirming that the communication systems are functioning properly.

  • After repair, confirm that no DTCs are output by performing "DTC Output Confirmation Operation".
