PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CENTRAL GATEWAY ECU (NETWORK GATEWAY ECU)


    1. for LHD


      1. B006OTR

        Connect the central gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) connector.

      2. B006KJU

        Insert the guide of the central gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) into the hole of the instrument panel reinforcement assembly to temporarily install the central gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) to the instrument panel reinforcement assembly.

      3. Install the bolt.

    2. for RHD


      1. B006LWH

        Connect the central gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) connector.

      2. B006NF1

        Insert the guide of the central gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) into the hole of the instrument panel reinforcement assembly to temporarily install the central gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) to the instrument panel reinforcement assembly.

      3. Install the bolt.

        Torque:
        12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
