FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Power Seat) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Side)


    1. A01IGASC20
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (+) - 2 (E) Front seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
      Front seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher
      2 (E) - 3 Front seat belt unfastened 10 kΩ or higher
      Front seat belt fastened Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly LH.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. A01IGASC20
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (+) - 2 (E) Front seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
      Front seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly LH.

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for Driver Side)

      Component without harness connected

      (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly RH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (+) - 2 (E) Front seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
      Front seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher
      2 (E) - 3 Front seat belt unfastened 10 kΩ or higher
      Front seat belt fastened Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly RH.

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for Front Passenger Side)

      Component without harness connected

      (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly RH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (+) - 2 (E) Front seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
      Front seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly RH.
