PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD)


    1. Check the separate type front seat cushion cover LH (front seat cushion heater).

        *1 Connector A
        *2 Connector B
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (Separate Type Front Seat Cushion Cover (Front Seat Cushion Heater))

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A-1 - B-1

        Seat cushion heater

        temperature 20°C (68°F)

        		 3.19 to 4.32 Ω
        A-4 - B-2
        A-1 - A-4
        B-1 - B-2
        A-2 - A-3 temperature 10°C (50°F) to 30°C (86°F) 8.0 to 18 kΩ

        Tech Tips

        If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type front seat cushion cover (front seat cushion heater).

  2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)


    1. Check the separate type front seat cushion cover RH (front seat cushion heater).
