  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Install the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH to the No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly LH with the 6 nuts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE LH


    1. Attach the wire harness clamp to install the rear seat wire LH.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE

      While turning the cable end as shown in the illustration, connect it.

    2. Attach the cable clamp to install the rear seat lock control cable.

      Install at the middle level of the cable clamp (triple level) side.

  4. INSTALL SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

    2. Attach the cable clamp to install the seat track control cable assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Install at the middle level of the cable clamp (triple level) side.

    3. Using a new cable tie, connect the seat track control cable assembly to the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

    1. Temporarily install the No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts while pushing the No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  11. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INSIDE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER

      Install the rear lower inner reclining adjuster arm sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      22 N*m  { 224 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Connect the connector.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover to the rear seat cushion pad LH with 9 new hog rings in the order shown in the illustration.

      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

    5. Attach the fastening tape.

    8. Store the 2 fasteners.

  46. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Clean and remove any oil from the threads of the 4 stud bolts for the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH and those of the 4 fixing nuts for the rear seat armrest frame sub-assembly LH.

    2. Apply adhesive to the threads of the 4 fixing nuts.

    5. While turning the rear seat lock control cable in installation direction (2) shown in the illustration, connect it.

    6. Attach the cable clamp.

  47. CONNECT NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Check that the No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH is not twisted.

    2. Pass the floor anchor of the No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH through the hole on the rear No. 1 seat inside reclining adjuster cover.
