PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

      Make sure the handle is pulled up, and then using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY LH

      Using moulding remover D, detach the claw and clip.

      Using moulding remover D, detach the claw and clip and remove the rear seat armrest assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION

      Remove the screw and rear seat cushion.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

  6. DISCONNECT NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disconnect the floor anchor of the No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH through the hole on the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the cable clamp.

    2. While turning the rear seat lock control cable in removal direction (1) shown in the illustration, disconnect it.

    3. Remove the 4 nuts.

    4. While pulling in removal direction (2) shown in the illustration, detach the guide and remove the rear seat armrest frame sub-assembly LH together with the rear No. 1 seat reclining adjuster cover.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INSIDE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER

      Remove the 3 bolts.

    2. Detach the clip and guide and remove the rear No. 1 seat reclining adjuster cover from the rear seat armrest frame sub-assembly LH.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE TABLE ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat side table assembly.

  10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER BEZEL

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts, screw and No. 1 cup holder assembly.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp and disconnect the wire harness.

      Remove the 3 bolts and 2 nuts.

    4. Detach the clip and guide and remove the rear seat armrest frame sub-assembly RH.

  17. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INSIDE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire harness.

    3. Pull as shown in the illustration to detach the claw and guide and remove the rear No. 1 seat inside reclining adjuster cover.

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the seat stand frame cap.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    3. While turning the part as shown in the illustration, disconnect the seat track control cable assembly and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

    2. Pull out the 2 fasteners.

    6. Pull out the rear end of the separate type rear seatback cover with pad in removal direction (1) shown in the illustration.

    7. Lift up in removal direction (2) shown in the illustration to remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad.

  22. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Detach the fastening tape.

    2. Remove the 10 hog rings.

      Slide the seat cover wire until it reaches a position where the hog rings in the center can be removed.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the rear No. 1 seat footrest cover.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and rear lower inner reclining adjuster arm sub-assembly LH.

  33. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEGREST COVER

      Remove the 4 screws and rear seat legrest cover.

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp and connector clamp and remove the No. 2 seat wire.

      Using a clip remover, detach the 2 clips and remove the rear No. 1 seat inside reclining adjuster cover.

      Cut off the cable tie and disconnect the seat track control cable assembly from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

    2. Detach the cable clamp.

    3. While turning the cable end as shown in the illustration, disconnect it and remove the seat track control cable assembly.
