  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedures listed below are for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly RH inside the vehicle.

      Note


      • Installing the rear No. 1 seat assembly to the vehicle must be performed by multiple people.

      • Do not damage the rear No. 1 seat assembly, body exterior or vehicle interior.

    2. A01UDVPN01

      Connect the connector.

    3. When not disassembling the rear No. 1 seat assembly:

      Operate the rear power seat switch LH to move the ottoman of the rear No. 1 seat assembly to the uppermost position.

    4. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    5. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }
    6. A01UCVK

      Attach the claw as shown in the illustration to close the 2 covers of the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG COVER LH

      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Push as shown in the illustration, insert the guide and attach the claw to install the No. 2 seat leg cover LH.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH

      B006N8A Install in this Direction

      Push as shown in the illustration and attach the guide and claw to install the rear seat lower cushion shield LH.

    2. A01UCPS

      Operate the rear power seat switch LH to return the ottoman to its original position.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear seat headrest assembly.

  5. INSPECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY
