FRONT DOOR SPEAKER INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Install in this Direction

      Engage the guide to temporarily install the front No. 1 speaker assembly.

   2. Using an air riveter or hand riveter, install the front No. 1 speaker assembly with 4 new rivets.

      Note

      
      

      • Do not touch the cone part of the front No. 1 speaker assembly.

      • 

        *1	Mandrel
        *a	Riveter
        *b	Incorrect
        *c	Correct

        Do not pry on the rivets with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

      • 

        *a	Riveter
        *b	Incorrect
        *c	Correct

        Confirm that the rivets are seated properly against the front No. 1 speaker assembly.

      • Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivets to the front No. 1 speaker assembly.

      • Do not leave any clearance between the rivet heads and front No. 1 speaker assembly.

      •

        *b	Incorrect
        *c	Correct

        Do not leave any clearance between the front No. 1 speaker assembly and door. Firmly hold the 2 items together while installing the rivets.

   3. Connect the connector.

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH

6. INSTALL LOWER DOOR FRAME GARNISH LH

7. INSTALL FRONT ARMREST ASSEMBLY LH

8. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side)

9. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side)
