PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the S36 television display assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the F41 radio and display receiver assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      S36-7 (L1+) - F41-4 (CDL+) Always Below 1 Ω
      S36-8 (L1-) - F41-5 (CDL-) Always Below 1 Ω
      S36-9 (R1+) - F41-2 (CDR+) Always Below 1 Ω
      S36-10 (R1-) - F41-3 (CDR-) Always Below 1 Ω
      S36-7 (L1+) or F41-4 (CDL+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S36-8 (L1-) or F41-5 (CDL-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S36-9 (R1+) or F41-2 (CDR+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S36-10 (R1-) or F41-3 (CDR-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S36-11 (SLD1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
