BRAKE BOOSTER(for LHD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS

   
   

   1. Loosen the clevis lock nut and remove the brake master cylinder push rod clevis and clevis lock nut from the brake booster assembly.

2. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Remove the brake vacuum check valve assembly from the brake booster assembly.

   2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

3. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR

   
   

   1. Remove the vacuum sensor from the brake booster assembly.

   2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

4. REMOVE VACUUM WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Remove the vacuum warning switch assembly from the brake booster assembly.

   2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.
