TRANSMISSION WIRE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE

   
   

   1. 

      ATF WS

      Coat the O-ring of the transmission wire with ATF.

   2. Coat the bolt with ATF.

   3. Install the lock plate and transmission wire to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:

      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

   4. Connect the transmission wire clamp.

   5. Connect the revolution sensor connector.

   6. Connect the oil pressure switch assembly connector.

   7. Connect the shift solenoid valve SL4 connector.

   8. Connect the shift solenoid valve SL3 connector.

   9. Connect the shift solenoid valve SL1 connector.

   10. Connect the shift solenoid valve SL2 connector.

   11. Connect the shift solenoid valve SLU connector.

   12. Connect the shift solenoid valve SLT connector.

   13. Connect the shift solenoid valve SL connector.
