FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      *a	for Both Wire Harness of Fuel Sender Gauge Assembly and Fuel Pump Harness
      *b	for Wire Harness of Fuel Sender Gauge Assembly Only
      	Slide

      Slide the fuel sender gauge assembly downward and engage the claw (A) to install the fuel sender gauge assembly.

      Note

      
      

      • Do not touch the resistance plate or contacts of the fuel sender gauge assembly.

      • Be careful not to bend the arm of the fuel sender gauge assembly.

   2. Connect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.

      Note

      Securely connect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.

   3. Engage the 4 clamps to connect the wire harness of the fuel sender gauge assembly.

      Note

      First connect the wire harness of the fuel sender gauge assembly, and then the fuel pump harness.

   4. Engage the 3 clamps to connect the fuel pump harness.

   5. Install the harness protector to the wire harness.
