VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE(for ACIS) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for ACIS)

   
   

   1. Install the vacuum hose clamp to the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) with the bolt.

      Torque:

      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

   2. Install the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) to the intake manifold with the bolt.

      Torque:

      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

   3. Connect the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) connector.

   4. Connect the 2 vacuum hoses.

   5. Engage the wire harness clamp.

   6. Connect the union to check valve hose to the vacuum hose clamp.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER AIR DUCT SPLASH SHIELD SEAL

4. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER AIR DUCT SPLASH SHIELD SEAL

5. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

   Click here

6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

7. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE
