REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

   
   

   1. for Manual Seat:

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner With Center Belt Assembly RH)

         w/o Seat Heater System:

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance

         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 (RBR-) - 5 (RBR+) Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for RH) not fastened Below 1 Ω 15 (CBR+) - 22 (CBR-) Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for center) not fastened Below 1 Ω 2 (RBR-) - 5( RBR+) Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for RH) fastened 10 kΩ or higher 15 (CBR+) - 22 (CBR-) Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for center) fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH.

      2. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner With Center Belt Assembly RH)

         w/ Seat Heater System:

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 - 3 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for center) not fastened Below 1 Ω 4 - 5 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for RH) not fastened Below 1 Ω 2 - 3 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for center) fastened 10 kΩ or higher 4 - 5 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for RH) fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH.

   2. for Power Seat:

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner With Center Belt Assembly RH)

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 - 3 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for center) not fastened Below 1 Ω 4 - 5 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for RH) not fastened Below 1 Ω 2 - 3 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for center) fastened 10 kΩ or higher 4 - 5 Rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH (for RH) fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH.

2. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. for Manual Seat:

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

         w/o Seat Heater System:

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 13 (LBR+) - 18 (LBR-) Rear seat inner belt assembly LH not fastened Below 1 Ω 13 (LBR+) - 18 (LBR-) Rear seat inner belt assembly LH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly LH.

      2. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

         w/ Seat Heater System:

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Rear seat inner belt assembly LH not fastened Below 1 Ω 1 - 2 Rear seat inner belt assembly LH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly LH.

   2. for Power Seat:

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Rear seat inner belt assembly LH not fastened Below 1 Ω 1 - 2 Rear seat inner belt assembly LH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

         If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly LH.
