DOOR CONTROL RELAY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    CAUTION:

    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  4. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  5. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  6. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  7. REMOVE CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

    Click here

  8. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL (for RHD)

    Click here

  9. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH (for RHD)

  10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  13. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (for RHD)

  14. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for LHD)

  15. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for RHD)

      Disconnect the connectors.

    2. Detach the clamp.

    3. B005ANUC01
      B0057RX Nut
      B0059IK Bolt

      Remove the 2 nuts and bolt.

    4. Detach the clamp and remove the ECU integration box RH.

  16. REMOVE DOUBLE LOCK DOOR CONTROL RELAY ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the double lock door control relay assembly.

  17. REMOVE DOUBLE LOCK DOOR CONTROL RELAY ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the double lock door control relay assembly.
