DESCRIPTION


This DTC is stored when items controlled by the front power seat switch LH*1 or RH*2 cannot be customized via the navigation system vehicle customization screen.

The front power seat switch LH*1 or RH*2 controls the front power seat control system related items that are customizable via the multi-display assembly screen.

  1. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Use the GTS to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for each front power seat switch LH*1 or RH*2 related system.

      The items shown as customizable via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the GTS. In the following step, the GTS will be used.


      1. To match-up the items on the multi-display assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the front power seat control system (w/ Memory) related items that can be customized via the multi-display assembly screen.

    3. Using the GTS, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the customize parameters that are available for customization via the multi-display assembly screen.
