FRONT BUMPER(except Sport Package) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

   
   

   1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper side retainer LH.

   2. Install the clip.

   3. Install the 2 screws.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:

      34 N*m  { 347 kgf*cm, 25 ft.*lbf }

4. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR AIR GUIDE PLATE

   
   

   1. Attach the 2 clips to install the lower radiator air guide plate.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER ABSORBER

   
   

   1. Install the front bumper lower absorber with the 4 screws.

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

   
   

   1. Install the front bumper energy absorber.

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 3 engine room wire connector.

   2. Connect the 2 fog clearance connectors.

   3. w/ Fog Light:

      
      

      1. Connect the 2 fog light connectors.

   4. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      
      

      1. Connect the headlight washer hose.

   5. Attach the 6 claws to install the front bumper cover.

      

   6. Install the 2 clips.

   7. Install the 2 bolts.

   8. Install the 2 clips.

   9. Install the 6 screws.

8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH

   
   

   1. Install the front fender front splash shield LH with the 5 screws.

9. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

10. INSTALL NO. 1 MOULDING TAPE

12. INSTALL FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

14. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

    
    

    1. Install the 2 radiator grille protectors.

15. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

    
    

    1. Install the radiator support opening cover with the 10 clips.

16. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    
    

    1. Add windshield washer fluid to the washer jar.

17. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING
