FRONT BUMPER(except Sport Package) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER GUARD

   
   

   1. Attach the 8 claws to install the front bumper guard.

   2. Install the 8 clips labeled B.

   3. Install the 2 clips labeled A.

      

2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

   
   

   1. Attach the 14 clips to install the hood to radiator grille seal.

4. INSTALL AIR INTAKE DUCT LH

   
   

   1. Attach the 2 guides to install the air intake duct LH.

   2. Install the 2 clips.

5. INSTALL AIR INTAKE DUCT RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 RETAINER BRACKET

   
   

   1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper No. 2 retainer bracket.

   2. Install the 3 screws.

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER NO. 1 RETAINER BRACKET

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the front bumper No. 2 retainer bracket.

8. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER GUARD COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

    
    

    1. Install the front bumper guard cover LH with the 3 screws.

11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER GUARD COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

12. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    
    

    1. for LED Type Side Turn Signal Light:

13. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

14. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

15. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

16. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

17. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

18. INSTALL NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

    
    

    1. Attach the 8 clamps to install the No. 3 engine room wire.

    2. w/o Panoramic View Monitor System:

       Connect the 4 connectors.

    3. w/ Panoramic View Monitor System:

       Connect the 5 connectors.

19. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER BRACKET (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
