  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (w/ Spare Tire)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE SPARE TIRE (w/ Spare Tire)

    Click here

  6. REMOVE NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/o Spare Tire)

    Click here

  9. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/ Spare Tire)

  10. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH (w/o Spare Tire)

    Click here

  11. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH (w/ Spare Tire)

  12. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  13. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK

  15. DISCONNECT DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Disconnect the rear side of the deck trim side panel assembly LH so that the connector of the rear combination light assembly LH can be disconnected.

  16. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT COVER LH

      B0057KY Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the 7 claws and remove the rear combination light cover LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  17. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

      B0057KY Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the rear combination light assembly LH.

    2. B005BAR

      Place your hand between the deck trim side panel assembly LH and the body to disconnect the connector.

    3. B0058EVC01
      *a Grommet

      Disconnect the grommet and pull out the wire harness.

    4. Remove the 3 screws.

      *a Pin
      *b Guide

      Pull the rear combination light assembly LH towards the rear of the vehicle to detach the pin and guide and remove it.

      Note

      Pull the rear combination light assembly LH straight towards the rear of the vehicle to prevent the guide from becoming damaged.
