LIGHTING SYSTEM FREEZE FRAME DATA


  1. FREEZE FRAME DATA


    1. Whenever a DTC is detected, the headlight leveling ECU assembly stores the current vehicle (sensor) state as freeze frame data.

  2. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling

    5. According to the display on the GTS, select the trouble code data display with freeze frame data.

      ON: High beam headlights on

      OFF: High beam headlights off

      DRL Operating State Daytime running light state ON or OFF

      ON: Daytime running light on

      OFF: Daytime running light off

      		 The display is different depending on the destination.
      Daylight Operating State Daytime running light state ON or OFF

      ON: Daytime running light on

      OFF: Daytime running light off

      		 The display is different depending on the destination.
      Steering Sensor Signal Steering angle sensor value -384 to 382.5 deg 0.0 deg 0.0 deg is displayed when steering wheel is centered.
      Front Right Wheel Speed Value Front right wheel speed 0.00 to 260.00 km/h (161.56 mph) Condition can be displayed -
      Front Left Wheel Speed Value Front left wheel speed 0.00 to 260.00 km/h (151.56 mph) Condition can be displayed -
      Vehicle Acceleration Vehicle acceleration

      -455.64 to 445.60 m/s2

      		Condition can be displayed -
      Clearance Light State Clearance light state ON or OFF

      ON: Clearance light on

      OFF: Clearance light off

      Right Cornering Light State Cornering light RH state ON or OFF

      ON: Cornering light RH on

      OFF: Cornering light RH off

      		 w/ Front Fog Light
      Left Cornering Light State Cornering light LH state ON or OFF

      ON: Cornering light LH on

      OFF: Cornering light LH off

      		 w/ Front Fog Light
      Number Of Trouble Codes Number of trouble codes 0 to 255 Condition can be displayed -

  3. CLEAR FREEZE FRAME DATA

    Note

    Clearing the DTCs will also clear the freeze frame data.


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Clear the DTCs and freeze frame data.
