DRIVING SUPPORT ECU REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  4. REMOVE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU ASSEMBLY

      *A for LHD
      B0057RX Nut
      B0059IK Connector
      B005BDMC01
      *A for RHD
      B0057RX Nut
      B0059IK Connector

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the nut and driving support ECU assembly.

      Note

      Do not drop the driving support ECU assembly or subject it to strong shocks.
