THERMOSTAT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

   Click here

3. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER

   Click here

4. DISCONNECT WATER INLET

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the water inlet.

5. REMOVE THERMOSTAT

   
   

   1. Remove the thermostat from the water inlet housing.

   2. Remove the gasket from the thermostat.
