4WD CONTROL ECU(for RHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH

  4. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL

    Click here

  7. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

    Click here

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

    Click here

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  12. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH

      Detach the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connectors.

    3. B005ANUC01
      B0057RX Nut
      B0059IK Bolt

      Remove the 2 nuts and bolt.

    4. Detach the clamp and remove the ECU integration box RH.

  13. REMOVE 4WD ECU ASSEMBLY

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the 4WD ECU assembly.
