ROCKER PANEL MOULDING REASSEMBLY

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR


    1. Clean the rocker panel moulding body.


      1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the rocker panel moulding body.

      2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Remove the release paper from 2 new No. 1 rocker panel moulding protectors.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    3. Install the 2 No. 1 rocker panel moulding protectors as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NO. 4 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR


    1. Clean the rocker panel moulding body.


      1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the rocker panel moulding body.

      2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new No. 4 rocker panel moulding protector.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    3. Install the No. 4 rocker panel moulding protector.

  3. INSTALL NO. 3 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR


    1. Clean the rocker panel moulding body.


      1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the rocker panel moulding body.

      2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    3. Install the No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR


    1. Clean the rocker panel moulding body.


      1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the rocker panel moulding body.

      2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    3. Install the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.

  5. INSTALL NO. 3 SIDE MUDGUARD PROTECTOR


    1. Clean the rocker panel moulding body.


      1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the rocker panel moulding body.

      2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new No. 3 side mudguard protector.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    3. Install the No. 3 side mudguard protector.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE MUDGUARD PROTECTOR


    1. Clean the rocker panel moulding body.


      1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the rocker panel moulding body.

      2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new No. 2 side mudguard protector.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    3. Install the No. 2 side mudguard protector.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE MUDGUARD PROTECTOR


    1. Clean the rocker panel moulding body.


      1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the rocker panel moulding body.

      2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new No. 1 side mudguard protector.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    3. Install the No. 1 side mudguard protector.
