FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

   INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      
      
      1. 

         Connect the washer hose to drain the washer fluid.

   2. 

      Engage the 6 guides as shown in the illustration.

   3. Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and connect the 2 connectors.

      Note:

      Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front bumper assembly.

   4. 

      Engage the 3 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   5. Install the 2 clips.

   6. Install the 3 bolts.

   7. Install the 8 screws.

   8. Install the screw.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   9. 

      *1	Pin Hold Clip
      *a	Correct
      *b	Incorrect

      Install the front bumper assembly with the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

   
   

   1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 10 clips.

3. Click here

   ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
