DESCRIPTION

A DTC is stored when the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly LH or RH receives a light source malfunction signal from its respective headlight unit. The headlight light control ECU sub-assembly LH stores DTC B2439 and B243A.

If the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly LH has been replaced, it is necessary to synchronize the vehicle information and initialize the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly LH.

  1. Click here

    CLEAR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here


      1. Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Clear DTCs

  2. Click here

    CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    2. Operate the light control switch to turn on the low beam headlights and then turn on the high beam headlights.

    3. Check for DTCs.

    REPLACE HEADLIGHT HOUSING ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the headlight assembly LH.

    2. Remove the headlight housing assembly LH from the headlight assembly LH.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      C-2 - E-7 Always Below 1 Ω
